The very large and bright living room, with a dining table and sitting area, looks out through two large arched windows onto the Grand Canal and through another window onto Calle Boteri.
The spacious kitchen with a large window overlooking Calle Boteri is equipped with all the appliances you need: oven, microwave, large hob, dishwasher, small appliances and a washing machine and dryer.
The bedroom has a large double bed, which can be separated into two single beds on request. In the large living room there is another pull-out bed from the sofa.
